Dogfession: noun; A confession concerning canines; a secret in your heart that you'd only share with your dog; or a secret you wouldn't want your dog to ever find out!
HOW TO DOGFESSION
We'd love to take Dogfessions via email, but that's not as fun as getting something in the mailbox. Besides, mailing a postcard is a lost art. We'd like to bring that back. It's very retro. How quaint you'll feel going to the mailbox! Yes, they still exist.
Here are our Dogfession directions -- we're not big on rules so there are just a few:
1. Your Dogfession must relate in some way to dogs. A dog you currently have, once had, want to have, saw on TV, etc.
2. Your Dogfession must be true.
Your Dogfession should be short and succinct. Try to say it in under three sentences. When making your Dogfessions, think “confession” rather than “caption.” The best Dogfessions are the juiciest, truest, and most real. Captions are cute, but real Dogfessions are unique.
4. You can say ANYTHING you want in your Dogfession. Nobody is going to judge you.
5. Your Dogfession should arrive on a 4x6 postcard or postcard-sized piece of paper. You don't need one of our postcards to participate. In fact, it's better if you make your own.
6. Please decorate your card, front or back (front is best). Not artistic? Doesn't matter. There's no right or wrong way to do it.
7. The image you use in your Dogfession must be owned by you or you must have permission to use it. Dogfession cards become copyright of Dogfessions upon receipt.

All Dogfessions are anonymous. Say whatever you feel. Your dog will never know (unless you tell her!).
DON'T FORGET TO STAMP IT!
You can put the stamp anywhere on the card as long as the post office can find it.
For the return address, you can use ours.
